主旨报告人一：Bin Chen is a doctoral researcher at the International Research Institute for Artificial Intelligence, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen, since 2020. He is also a doctoral supervisor at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences since 2006. He received his B.D.,M.D., and Ph.D. from Tsinghua University, Sichuan University and Chinese Academy of Sciences, respectively. His research interests involve machine vision, deep learning, MLLM. He has published multiple papers in top conferences such as CVPR, AAAI, NeurIPS, and ACM MM, and has been granted over 20 invention patents. The high-speed machine vision industrial defect detection system he led in development has been promoted and applied across multiple industries, generating cumulative sales exceeding 2 billion CNY.

主旨报告人二：Qin Xiaolin is the Deputy Chief Engineer and a Researcher at the Chengdu Institute of Computer Applications, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), a Professor at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a Doctoral Supervisor. He is a senior member of CCF, CICC, and IEEE, and his research focuses on automated reasoning, spatial intelligence, and industry-specific vertical large language models. He has been selected for national talent programs, the Sichuan Qingcheng Program for Science and Technology Innovation Leading Talents, and recognized as a provincial academic and technical leader, as well as a recipient of the Provincial Top Youth Talent and Outstanding Youth Fund. His awards include a first prize at the provincial/ministerial level, a second prize of the Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, and the President's Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has led over 10 projects as principal investigator, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the National Key Research and Development Program of China, the CAS Science and Technology Service Network Initiative (STS Program), and the Sichuan Province Major Science and Technology Project on Artificial Intelligence. He has published more than 30 high-quality academic papers in top-tier AI journals and conferences such as IEEE TIP, ACL, ICCV, and CVPR.

主旨报告人三：Taisong Jin is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Technology at Xiamen University. His research interests include computer vision, oracle bone inscription information processing, and smart oceanography.As the leader of the Oracle Bone Inscription Research Team at Xiamen University, he collaborated with Tencent and Anyang Normal University to launch the world’s first multimodal dataset for oracle bone inscriptions and the oracle bone intelligent agent-Yin Qi Xing Zhi. In recent years, he has published over 20 academic papers as the first author or corresponding author in prestigious AI journals including IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, and Pattern Recognition, as well as top-tier academic conferences such as NeurIPS, CVPR, ICCV, AAAI, and IJCAI.

主旨报告人四：Professor Ji Zhang is currently a full Professor in Computer Science at the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ), Australia. He is an RSA Life Fellow, IET Fellow, BCS Fellow, IAAST Fellow, ACM Distinguished Speaker, IEEE Senior Member, Australian Endeavour Fellow, Queensland International Fellow (Australia), and Izaak Walton Killam Scholar (Canada). His research interests span big data analytics, data intelligence, intelligent computing. He has published over 400 papers in major peer-reviewed international journals and conferences including TPAMI, TKDE, TKDD, TDSC, TIFS, TIST, CSUR, AAAI, IJCAI, VLDB, CIKM, SIGKDD, ICDE, ICDM, CVPR and WWW.

主旨报告人五：Junna Zhang is a Professor in School of Computer and Information Engineering (School of Artificial Intelligence), Henan Normal University. She serves as the Director of the Henan Engineering Research Center of Intelligent Business ＆ Internet of Things Technology, Henan Province. Her research spans Edge Intelligence, Neural Network Model Compression & Quantization and Service Computing, with over 50 publications in top-tier journals or Conferences including IEEE TMC, IEEE TSC and IEEE ICWS.

Professor Zhang has led two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and one project under the Henan Provincial Key Research and Development Program. She has received the Best Paper Award at the CCF China Digital Services Conference 2022 and the Best Poster Award at the CCF China Digital Services Conference 2023. She served as the Technical Committee Chair for the IEEE CSEI 2020 and IEEE CSEI 2021. In recent years, she has been serving as a reviewer for multiple academic journals,including IEEE TSC , ACM TIST, and CN.
